Two people can work a vacuum excavator, and the hole is smaller than any backhoe can dig

Team EFS offers portable, High Vacuum Excavating System designed to safely and effectively clear locations prior to Geoprobe or Drilling activities.  A 6" inch boring is advanced approximately 5 feet using "Non-Destructive" digging methods.  An air lance is used to break up soil while the vacuum removes all materials. Cuttings are collected in a 75 gallon hopper, then are returned to the boring, tamped and sealed.  VES is absolutely the most efficient and effective " Risk Management" tool for any Subsurface Investigation.

VES Story -  Active Retail Gas Station

Our client needed to horizontally delineate away from an UST that was migrating to the pump island area.  Prior to Geoprobing, EFS used the VES to clear 8 locations that the state had chosen.   In the process, 5 product lines and 2 electric lines were discovered.  Without using VES technology, any one of these lines may have been broken causing severe safety concerns, disrupting the facility for days, and costing thousands of dollars. Nothing was damaged! All lines located were documented.
