Direct Push Technology has created a new and exciting area of site remediation. We can now treat groundwater contamination with minimal site distrubance using numerous products. The Geoprobe can cost effectively deliver a remediation slurry directly to the contamination plume or create a remediation barrier to prevent migration.
Companies such as Regenesis have deceloped two products, ORC and HRC, which are designed to be applied with Direct Push Technology. Many other firms have rediation products that are very effective when applied using a Geoprobe. Depth and volume of injections are almost unlimited as EFS has applied products >75' bgs and pumped up to 700 gallons per location. |
